Safety & FAQ

Dino Jump has always been known throughout the industry for providing the safest inflatables. Below are some of the unique safety features offered by our exclusive designs.

Ramps
Our patented entry ramp is attached to our jumps so children can enter and exit safely. Other jumps have an entrance that is 2-3 feet off the ground requiring an adult to lift children in and out of the jump, or they have removable steps that slide away and require constant attention to ensure they are in place when a child is ready to exit.

Tie-down Loops
Our trademark jumps feature safety loops at each corner. This feature enables us to stake the jump to the ground or attach sandbags on hard surfaces to keep the jump stable.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. What theme jumps are available?
See our theme page

2. On what kind of surface can a jump be set up?
A jump can be set up on most surfaces, but grass provides the best option*
A flat surface is required and no further than 50 feet from the closest power source**

*If your jump needs to be set up on a surface other than grass, please let us know at the time it's booked and we'll bring sandbags.

**If you require power, we can provide a generator. Cost for a generator is $65 per rental. Please note: generators may ONLY be used to run our units. If you need an extra generator for other items that require power, we can rent you an additional generator for $65.

3. What are the dimensions of a jump?
(dimensions are approximate)

Unit Dimensions
Mini-Jump 8' x 10'
Small Theme Jump 10' x 13'
Castle 13' x 16'
Dinosaur Jump 14' x 18'
Theme Jump 14' x 18'
Slide 14' x 24' x 18'
4. How long does it take to set up a jump?
The average set up takes about 10-15 minutes, depending on where the jump is to be set up.

5. When will the driver arrive to set up the jump?
We try to set up your jump at least 15 to 30 minutes early whenever possible. There are times we may need to set up as much as an hour or more early. Please note: Although we may set up a jump early, the rental will still end at the scheduled time. We do not pick up early because we set up early.

6. Is there anything I can do to prepare for my rental?
Yes. Please have an idea where the jump is to be set up and have payment ready (drivers are instructed not to set up without first getting paid).

7. How many kids can jump at one time?
The jumps hold 6 to 12 kids depending on age and size of the jump. Most people split kids into groups by size then have each size group take a turn for safety.

8. What happens if the weather is bad?
The jumps are fine in the rain, so if you want it, we'll bring it, but please read our rain policy first*. We reserve the right to cancel in lightning or high wind.

*Our rain policy states the customer may cancel before the driver arrives without a charge. Once the driver arrives, a $20 fee will be charged. If the driver sets up the jump, full price must be paid at the time of set up, regardless of the amount of use.
